WALKING LABYRINTH

Come by and walk the labyrinth outside of room 22! Labyrinths have been known to the human race for well over 4000 years. They are a great tool to help us calm down, relax, meditate, and focus (and they're just fun). Unlike a maze, labyrinths don't have dead ends - there is no "wrong way." You just start at the entrance  - ours is painted dark green  - and follow the path all the way to the center. Then, if you like, follow the path back out. So whether you have test anxiety, a big presentation, or just need a second to think, walking the labyrinth is a great way   to regroup and reset! Hope to see you on the path!
