Student Vaccination Information

All LAUSD students age 12 and over will need to be fully vaccinated by January 10th, 2022.

Beginning Monday, January 10, 2022, eligible students who do not have proof of vaccination against COVID-19 will not be permitted on school campuses and will be referred to the District's independent study program at City of Angels, unless an exemption or conditional admissions apply.

  • Vaccinations are being offered at each secondary site (MS & HS)

  • For the mobile units visiting all secondary schools, appointments can be made through the Daily Pass, and walk-ins are welcome.

    • If student/parent walks on, they will need to create a DP appointment and have parental consent.

    • Parents/students can go to any school offering vaccines with an appointment

  • Students must be at least 12 years old to participate and have parental consent to participate.

    • Consent through DailyPass provides the student the opportunity to receive the vaccination without a parent present.

  • For the mobile units, an email will be sent directly after the 1st dose with information about the 2nd dose appointment.

  • If a student has been vaccinated, but not via a mobile clinic, they must upload a photo of their vaccine card onto Daily Pass. Step by Step guide is here.
