We are pleased to announce that Region North, in partnership with LA Valley College and LA Mission College, will hold the first Spring Family College Conferences in March 2023 ( See attached Flyer).
During this event, Region North students and parents will participate in college related workshops to build their knowledge and skills to support their children’s academic success and their own education. Schools will organize the field trip for students and families to attend the LA Community College in its service area on the date listed below. Locate your feeder high school in the chart below to select a date. Schools under the Pierce College service area can attend either date. Families can choose to attend the second date on their own if they wish.

Session 1: How to Prepare for College
Session 2: Understanding Community College System and Dual Enrollment Program
Session 3: Understanding the Financial Aid Process
Session 4: Learning about Adult Education Opportunities and Campus Tour
