Schoolwide Mock Election on November 7,2016

Woodland Hills Academy Middle School organized a very successful school-wide Mock Election on Monday, November 7th, 2016, receiving extensive news coverage.  Over 500 students cast a ballot in one of three grade level precincts before school, during nutrition, and during lunch!  We are very proud of our students' civic engagement and hope that they continue to be informed, engaged, and active citizens; in line with our mission to develop creative minds and critical thinkers who will pursue lifelong learning, ethical responsibility, and thoughtful global citizenship.  In case you missed it, here are a few links and images:
